FAQ'S

  1. How often should my palms be trimmed?
Most palms do best 1–2 times per year, depending on species, seed/fruit drop, and coastal exposure. We avoid removing healthy green fronds.

  2. What’s your access/height limit?
We service palms up to 2½ stories tall using ladder-based access and safe rigging—no lifts.

  3. Do you haul away fronds and clean up?
Yes. Full cleanup and haul-away are included. We leave walkways, driveways, and beds neat.

  4. How do you climb—do you use spikes?
No spikes on live palms. We use ladders, pole saws, and selective, ISA-informed cuts to protect trunk health.

  5. Can you work near power lines or over roofs?
We maintain strict safety clearances. If a palm is too close to utility lines or exceeds our safe ladder access, we’ll decline or refer to a qualified provider.
