FAQ'S
-
How often should my palms be trimmed?
Most palms do best 1–2 times per year, depending on species, seed/fruit drop, and coastal exposure. We avoid removing healthy green fronds. -
What’s your access/height limit?
We service palms up to 2½ stories tall using ladder-based access and safe rigging—no lifts. -
Do you haul away fronds and clean up?
Yes. Full cleanup and haul-away are included. We leave walkways, driveways, and beds neat. -
How do you climb—do you use spikes?
No spikes on live palms. We use ladders, pole saws, and selective, ISA-informed cuts to protect trunk health. -
Can you work near power lines or over roofs?
We maintain strict safety clearances. If a palm is too close to utility lines or exceeds our safe ladder access, we’ll decline or refer to a qualified provider.
