FAQ'S

1) Will pressure washing damage my surfaces?
Not when done right. We match PSI, tips, and technique to each surface (and use soft wash on paint/stucco/roofs) to avoid etching, streaks, or water intrusion.

2) Can you remove oil/rust/tire marks—and will there be stripes?
We pretreat stains and use a pro surface cleaner to prevent wand marks. Older, set-in stains typically lighten significantly; some may not disappear 100%.

3) Is it safe for plants, pets, and the environment?
Yes. We use biodegradable, coastal-safe detergents, pre-wet/cover landscaping, and rinse thoroughly. Pets should stay inside until areas are dry.

4) How often should I schedule pressure washing?
Typically every 12–18 months. Shaded, high-tree, or coastal salt areas may need it sooner. Sealing (e.g., pavers) can extend the clean between visits.

5) How do you price and how long does it take?
Pricing depends on size/condition, access, and stain level. Most single-driveways take 1–2 hours. We provide a clear, written quote before work begins.
